This traditional house, made of stone, wood, bricks and iron, is waiting to welcome you and offer a unique sense of relaxation and feel-home experience. You have available and for your personal use a 40 sq m yard and a 12 sq m balcony. Each rental is for the entire house and no other tenants except for you will be there during your stay. It has two bathrooms and two spacious bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. In addition, a couch that turns into bed can host a fifth person in the living room.The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, oven, toaster and all necessary kitchenette and equipment to be used for your convenience and cooking. It is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Mytilene, close to the ancient theater and a few meters away from a nearby periurban forest. Within 10 minutes of walking you can reach the Epano Skala shore,close to the castle,or the central road of Ermou and the cafeterias and bars of the city center. Feel free to cut grapes if you are visiting is in August.

Just walk 5 minutes to find one of the best traditional taverns of the town and enjoy the local cuisine (Koutsomitis tavern). Walk 10 minutes uphill to visit the ancient theater and enjoy a unique view of the castle and a panoramic view of the city and the port.Walk 10 minutes downhill to find the old mosques, the hamam and the castle.Everything is within walking distance. It is safe to park anywhere around the property without fear of getting a fine. Within 5 minutes you can find a super-market, a pharmacy and a gyros place.
