It consists of a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (above ground floor) with access to the pool. Only 300 meters from the beach. The apartment is fully furnished. With air conditioner in each room. A kitchen with coffee machine Dolce Gusto, oven, hot plate, fridge, toaster, and all needed tableware. A smart TV with Bulgarian and Greek TV and radio. Free Wi-Fi. A large terrace with table and four chairs. A bathroom with washing machine. Ironing board. Access to free parking.
