Ziakas’ Mansion Welcome to Ziakas’ Mansion At the foot of Mount Oiti, in Ypati, we established the guesthouse "Ziakas Mansion”, located within a verdant, mountainous landscape at an altitude of 500m, next to a natural waterfall. A nearby destination, just 223km away from Athens, where you can enjoy fresh air and the unique scenery of the mountain away from the daily grind and city life.

Our guesthouse is built at the entrance of Ypati, at the foot of Oiti, a mountain of mythological overtones and local traditions about nymphes, fairies and pixies. Thanks to its unique position, it is located at the centre of many activities, trails and explorations, and is a perfect base for nearby excursions to Oiti.
