Just renovated designer, cosy, urban 2-bedroom apartment in the up-an-coming neighborhood of Koukaki. This apartment boasts 54 sq. meters (581 sq. feet) of sparkling luxury. This is a first floor condo (but somewhat higher up than usual) with elevator access. The entrance opens into the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The hallway leads to the bathroom and 2 separate private, bedrooms. The bedrooms are each equipped with a queen-sized bed, a/c and a ceiling fan for your comfort. There is a sofa bed which comfortably sleeps one adult in the living room. Perfect for imminent explorers of the ancient side of Athens. Walk to the Akropolis in 15 minutes. Walk to Plaka, the most picturesque neighborhood of Athens, in 15 minutes. Metro station: 10-minute walk to Metro Station Syggrou-Fix (line M2). Metro station: 15-minute walk to Metro Station Akropolis ( lineM2).

Koukaki is one of the most up-an-coming neighborhoods of Athens...It has changed a lot over the past few years thanks to short term rental apps to a big extent! Many local people have invested in renovating their flats because Koukaki is a short 5-20 minute walk from the Parthenon and the Akropolis.
