Comfortable, new, ground floor studio, fully equipped for all your needs to have an ideal stay. It consists of a bed, a sofa bed, kitchen, dining room, office and bathroom. It is only 15 minutes from the city center on foot and 5 minutes from the sea for swimming, walking and coffee. Close to super market, bakery and hospital. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, has a view of a park and easy parking on the street outside the house.
