We are a whole family waiting to welcome you! Starting from the father of the family: Mr Aggelos is the gentle man who will welcome you by the harbor and grill the best pork steaks for you by the restaurant of our hotel! We go on with mama Pothiti, who will cook delicious local greek food in the restaurant and make sure that everything is in order in your rooms! Dimitris is the big son of the family! The one who takes care about everything! He is the guy who will help you out with anything you need, give you information about the island and make you the best pizza & pasta you can taste! Last but not least, there is Boo, our cute dog who will be there to welcome you by waving her tail! Meet us all in Schinoussa this summer!

Nestled in the serene Messaria village of Schinousa, our charming hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst nature, just a 20-minute walk from the island's plaza. With seven fully-equipped studios—two on the ground floor and five on the first floor—we provide a cozy and comfortable stay. Guests can savor authentic local flavors at our family-run tavern, open throughout the summer, featuring traditional Cycladic dishes. Complimentary port transfers from/to the port ensure a seamless travel experience, making us the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Schinousa.

Neighbourhood information

Our hotel is just in the entrance of Messaria right after the gas station of the island! Messaria is the first built village of Schinoussa. A graphic small village ideal for afternoon walks! Walking on its small streets you will see the oldest houses of the island and the atmosphere will take you back in the future when these street were full of children running around laughing and playing in the yard of the church Evaggelistra! Close by our hotel there are three beautifuls beaches: Psili Ammos, Fukio or Gerolimnionas. In 15 minutes walking distance you can be swimming in their blue waters and walking on their golden sand! For the hiking lovers there are also hills around with great view of the small islands around!
