My name is Dimitra, I am a historian and I live with my husband George who is a civil engineer in the house next to the apartments that we are offering. Please feel free to ask us anything about the property or Samos in general!
We are within 2 minutes to the nearest beach by car or bike & 10 mins foot, though our location just off the newly built roadway allows easy drives/rides to highly recommended and incredibly beautiful beaches! The location is close to the town, but in an area well above the other homes which provides a peaceful quiet as well as the great views. It is close enough to walk to the town center which offers nice tavernas, the nightlife of Samos, markets, etc. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
