My love for Messinia made me construct Hilltop Residences in Petalidi. Its a multi purpose complex. You can rent a property on the complex . The plot area of the property is surrounded by olive trees, it is elevated from the road and it is almost 300 m from the beach. It overlooks the 5*Sunrise Village Beach Hotel and it is a small driving distance from the picturesque village of Petalidi. Hilltop Residences is not a hotel. It's your home away from home. You wont be squashed with other guests invading your privacy as in a typical hotel. Hilltop Residnces are built on a plot of 8300m2 with magnificent sea and mountain views and share a communal swimming pool. There are three 50m2 and three 70m2 apartments with private garden. There are also two independent villas 120m2 for larger families . Each house/apartment has parking lots and have communal gardens and a communal swimming pool. 2019 will be our first full season. The access road is only 250m from main road. It is 70% concreted and by mid May will be completely concreted. Wifi upgraded . Daily maid service from mid June till mid September.

Situated on the outskirts of the small fishing village of Petalidi deriving its name from Petalida (oyster) due to its geographical shape. Its ideally situated to visit all the western side of Messinia as its only 21 km to Kalamata, 18Km to Messini, 21 km to Koroni, and 39Km to Pilos.
