Klimaki beach is located in the southern part of Evia, 139 km from Athens. The property is located on a hillside just above from Klimaki Beach[ONLY 200 METERS FROM THE BEACH] and the Aegean Sea. Upstairs is a120m² house with independent entrance, air-conditioned, 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms with bath and shower,and large living room with Smart tv and wifi. Outside is a Large balcony with a table with a stunning view of Klimaki Beach and the Aegean Sea. On the ground floor is two independent houses 55m2 with independent entrance, air-conditioned,Each house have a sitting room with smart TV, WiFi, 2 separate bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a shower.On the outside is a balcony with a table for each house and front of you is the Klimaki beach and the Aegean Sea with the fantastic view that the place offered. All houses have full equipment kitchen and washing machine. Parking in property.The car is necessary to come to the House in the Region.
