This big studio is located at the port of Ios, at the side of the building at the first floor, in front of the Yacht docking premises.
Needless to say is very close to everything you need.
The huge balcony is common to all the apartments and view the entire port. The yacht docking is 20 meters away and the ferry docking is 100 meters away.
Just outside the Studio there are table and chairs to enjoy your coffee or drink.

Everything is around and yet.. is so quiet !
