This Villa is an amazing modern property (built in 2017) located in Ixia, with a view of the Aegean. The outdoor spaces are perfect for a relaxing day in the sun or at the pool (not heated). The garden provides a tranquil spot to soak up the sun lying on the sun loungers. There is a outside dining area you can have a meal or a romantic dinner. A 2 min walk from the beach. The three level property ( 195sq.m. has 3 Bedrooms (Queen size), 3.5 Bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Two bedrooms on the first floor with balcony and one bedroom on the lower ground floor.

The location is magnificent as it has everything in walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, playground, restaurants, coffe shops). The airport is only 20 minutes from the villa. Rodos town is only 10min by car. Taxi station in 200meters from the villa. There is also public transportation 350 meters from the villa. Renting a car or motorcycle is recommended to drive around and explore all the island has to offer, from the beaches during daytime to the famous nightlife. Parking availiable.
