Kea Alya luxury living is located in Melissaki of Kea and offers free high speed wi-fi and a magnificent and unobstructed sea view. The villa offer a large pool with a depth of 2.40m and free private parking.
A unique advantage of Kea Alya luxury living is that it consists of two autonomous residences with a total area of 105 sq. with shared use of swimming pool and is ideal for hosting families and large groups as it combines privacy and flexibility. In total both residences can accommodate 8 people (4pax on the 1st level and another 4pax on second level). The 1st level consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed1.60X2.00(single use is also possible), one dinning room with a double sofa bed, one fully equipped kitchen by Biente, 1 bathroom with a shower and a huge yard.
The second level consist of two bedrooms with double beds 1.60X2.00 (single use is also possible) and 1.50X2.00, one bathroom with shower, one small dining room with integrated kitchenette and possibility of cooking only by air fryer. Also has a terrace with incredible view.
The material used in the villa are environmentally friendly. The floor and the bathrooms are all made of cement mortar and all the exterior surface Karystos slabs have been used.
