Sea lover? Be in tune with the sea. An amazing, fresh and modern house on the beach. The house has a unique sea view and sea sound from both outdoor and indoor spaces. You wake up in the morning and your bed-view & sound is … the sea. LENICO Seafront Villa offers very relaxing holidays for all ages. It is ideal for families during summer and for romantic couples during spring and autumn. Excellent choice for winter swimmers as well. The area offers an almost never winded sea, water sports, diving lessons, fishing potential, a variety of café and restaurants and other amusements. Fully refurnished (2019) detached property 180m2. Interior Spaces of 60m2 include 2 bedrooms, full equipped kitchen, living room, fireplace, bathroom. Outdoor Spaces of 120m2 include BBQ, veranda-dining table, garden, arbour, Wellness & SPA. Enjoy.

Agia Pelagia is a small quiet village situated 20 minutes away from the city of Heraklion and 30 minutes from the airport of Heraklion. The place is ideal for relaxing holidays and at the same time it gives you the opportunity of a great-great variety of excursions throughout the island of Crete. It offers a great variety of café, club, reastaurants, sea sports, divers club, watercraft trips and other amusements while It provides by walking distance all necessary facilities such as pharmacy, health center, super and mini markets and public parking.
