The surrounding balcony area boasts stunning sea and mountain views that promote wonderful sunrise & sunsets in this beautiful location. You are 1km from the centre of Ag.Nikolaos where you have everything you need. The house is 50m from the sea and a 5 minute walk to Pantazi beach, tavernas and restaurants.
