Located in the very center of the city, surrounded by shops and cafes, the Aria apartment is ideal for businessmen, families, couples, or individuals who want to taste the city. Opposite the Piraeus metro station and the airport shuttle bus station "DIMOTIKO THEATRO" is easily accessible. One can see the city view from the sitting room relaxing with a glass of wine.
In MELMA PROPERTIES our job is to make people create their own beautiful memories. We are so happy to be able to provide a cozy and comfortable environment for our guests, to relax, enjoy, to LIVE! What we actually do is to provide a Home Away from Home! Guests can always text/ call us 30' before their arrival and we'll be at the apartment to welcome them, show them around, and give them the keys!
Opposite the Piraeus metro station and the airport shuttle bus station ''DIMOTIKO THEATRO'' is easily accessible. The property is full of light, due to the large windows all over the apartment, decorated in soft beige and grey colors to give our guests the feeling of relaxation and tranquility. One can see the city view waking up in the morning fro the bedroom and also from the sitting room relaxing with a glass of wine. The apartment contains 2 A/C units, one in the bedroom and one in the sitting room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, a dining table with 6 chairs and a couch that can be turn into a double bed. The bedroom comes with a king size bed. Of course, there is a satellite Led HD TV in the sitting room with a NOVA subscription, NETFLIX and a another LED HD TV in the bedroom. - The port is only 10’ away - The shuttle bus station and the metro station to/from the airport are opposite to the apartment. - The bus station and the metro station to Athens is opposite the apartment. - And the shopping center is 1’ away.
