Spectacular view to Thessaloniki, confortable, sunny, in the pedestrian zone of Perea. Fully renovated with all amentities. Just one step from sand beach and amazing sea of Perea. 5min drive from Thessaloniki airport, 20min from Thessaloniki center. Parking area close, super markets in a walking distance. The house is on the second floor of a 3 floor summer building with a outdoor staircase *main bedroom -sea view- with one double bed, closet, antique furniture with mirror, celling fun. *2nd bedroom / living room- sea view- with a Laptop desk, armchair, floor-standing adjustable lamp, sofa/single bed with anatomic matress, second single bed hidden the sofa, library, closet, celling fun. *2nd living room/dinning room with extra sofa, stove, dinner inside table, aircondition. Baby cot availiable if needed. *kitchen with all amentities (refrigerator , stove , cupboards with kitchenware, a dining area, cooker hood) *toilet with small bathtub, washing mashine. *big balcony with amazing sea view with relaxing bamboo armchairs and a wooden dining table. We can also provide you bed sheets, towels, iron and iron board.
The house is located in the only sidewalk of Perea. Just 5min drive from Thessaloniki airport, 20min from Thessaloniki city center. Quiet place (no cars), sunny location, close to Perea center. Beaudiful beach infront of the house. Excelent place to taste mediteranean food and fresh fish. Many taverns by the beach, bars and cozy cafes close to the house. Close to super market and grocery stores. Close to bus station (Bus Nr 72 "Asteria" station). Frequent ferry boat to/from Thessaloniki center in the nearest port. Pereas pedestrian by the beach is perfect for long walks and bicycle rounds. Kids will love it. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Thessalonikis market and sightseeing.
