This Neoclassical Bulding stands tall overlooking the old port of Myrina since 1933 . The old port has transformed around it through time . It was even commandeered during the occupation of the axis forces and used briefly . Considered as a landmark it is now undergoing renovations in order to be restored to its original condition ! Thus its doors are now open to the public for the first time with any profits of this endeavor funneled back into the property to support the project. It features a stunning view of sunsets and the bay of the port . To the right side you will have a view of the illuminated castle and on the left side the chapel of St Nicholas overlooking the harbor .
Greetings and welcome to our page ! My name is Mike and I am the proud stuart of this property as it’s passed down to the 4th generation in our family . After the island was hit by an earthquake in 2016 the property sustained some damage that lead to the start of the renovation project ! After years of work we have almost reached the finish line ! So we decided to turn it into smal seasonal business with the sole purpose of supporting renovation and maintenance work .
This historic property is located at the most central spot of Lemnos capital, the old port of Myrina since. During the summer months it’s the most vibrant area filled with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and beaches all within walking distance.
