Welcome to Paliouri, the traditional village in Kassandra, Chalkidiki, just 2 km from the sea. Our house is fully renovated and tastefully decorated, ideal for 2 couples, a family with children or a group of friends. It accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 3 single beds with high quality mattresses. There are also a cozy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Decorated with old furniture, oil paintings, and vintage items. Made of thick stone walls and wooden ceilings, it can keep a cool temperature (still, air-conditioning and 2 fans are provided for extra coolness). Window screens keep insects outside for a pleasant sleep. For your pleasure: a beautiful garden for grilling, eating or relaxing, free Wi-Fi, books and magazines, an audio equipment with music CDs, a DVD player with a collection of films. For your safety: a first aid kit, an emergency safety card, and a list of instructions for your convenience.

This is my grandfather's house where I used to spend my happy summers with family. A lot of changes have taken place ever since as my father has fully renovated and decorated it with items from all over the world. This cozy, friendly, peaceful and functional house atmosphere, with great indoor and outdoor facilities, creates the perfect holiday setting that will offer you an enjoyable holiday. My mother helps me a lot to run this little business. Maybe we share some of my grandfather's stories over a glass of wine.

Paliouri is famous for its quiet and picturesque atmosphere, old stone-houses, excellent olive oil and tasty honey. It is idyllically surrounded by a pine forest and olive grove hills. Pick a path through the charming village center, and you’ll find a selection of tavernas and restaurants serving fresh fish and local dishes. Easy access to the square of the village at 200 m. OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES The unique natural beauty of the area offers many options for quality activities. Swimming at beautiful golden-sand beaches with crystal clear water within 2 km (Chrouso, Xenia, Glarokavos, Navagos). Hiking or bike riding in unspoiled countryside just 200m from the house. The pine trees and olive groves are like a green-tinted blanket, and there are enough walking trails to change things up every day. Spa: In a distance of 7 km there is an organized modern spa with natural thermal springs (Agia Paraskevi). Nightlife: you can enjoy fresh meals or long drinks at cozy restaurants/bars, or at popular clubs of the area (Porto Valitsa, Koursaros) – it’s up to you.
