It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen lounge and a large balcony. Please NOTE: Parking is located on the street. There is a hill you will walk up 25 meters. You can drive up the hill if you like as there is also parking close by to the property. Also the property owner lives in attic of the building.
