Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete, and a Master's Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor-made tourism services, especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Welcome to Petrina 3 Waterfront Villa, a charming two-story retreat in the serene coastal village of Keratokambos. Covering 125 m² and just 50 meters from the sandy beach, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers a peaceful setting ideal for families and couples. Entering from the upper floor, you are welcomed into a bright open-plan living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen, while a convenient guest WC completes this level. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor, where you will find two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—sharing a modern bathroom with shower and WC. Also on the ground floor is an independent studio, part of the main house but with its own private entrance from outside. It includes a semi-double bed, a small kitchenette, and a private shower/WC, offering extra privacy for guests or teenagers. Outside, a fenced courtyard provides a calm space to unwind, while the balcony offers lovely views of the surrounding area. Open-air parking is available directly in front of the villa for easy access. The entire property is air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets for added comfort. For stays up to five days, no additional cleaning is provided. For stays of seven days, a full extra set of linens and towels is available in the closets. For stays of 14 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning with fresh linens and towels takes place on the 7th or 8th day. Any extra cleaning or linen needs can be arranged upon request by phone.

A local supermarket is only 100 meters away, ensuring that you have everything you need within easy reach.Heraklion airport is 60 km from the villa, offering excellent transport links. Nearby, you’ll find charming local taverns and restaurants (150 meters), where you can savor the delicious flavors of traditional Cretan cuisine.
