Located on the Faliro coast, 3.5 km from the port of Piraeus and 7.5 km from the centre of Athens, the family-owned Platon Hotel offers a modern alternative to city centre accommodation. There are excellent transport links in the surrounding area, as the buses and trams to Athens and the Attica beaches run directly outside the hotel. The metro is 5 minutes away and takes you to the centre of Athens in 15 minutes. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Peace and Friendship Stadium, and the Olympic Beach Volleyball Centre and the O.L.P. Exhibition Centre can be easily reached by the local public transport. The bar/breakfast area is open 24 hours a day, with continental breakfast being served from 07:30 up until 10:30.
