This charming small villa, is the synonym of holidays. While its ideal size for two, will maximize your feeling of carefreeness and privacy, its natural environment will make you fall in love. The villa features a double bed bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bath, an unheated pool 15m², garden and a yard of 700 m² (~7550 ft²). This place is here to make you feel like home. Try this great mix of the untouched natural environment of UNESCO Global Geopark and honest Greek hospitality, and you will discover one of your favorite holiday destinations.
3 minute drive to nearest mini markets, 10 minute drive to Lixouri, supermarkets, restaurants and nightclubs, 5 minute drive to nearest beach. Walking distance to traditional bread baking oven and Greek taverna. Feel the uniqueness of the Kefalonian land by being in the same time within the pulse of summer. Explore the west part of island and choose your daily adventure from a variety of crowed and vivid beaches (e.g Xi beach) to adventurous visits in untouched by human places (e.g Fteri and Platia Ammos beaches). Taste the local Greek food in some of the best food destinations in the island and feel the flavor of local wines that are still produced traditionally by local families. You can even visit Argostoli island's capital, without using your car (20 min by Ferry boat from Lixouri port)!
