By booking a "Studio with a Garden View - Ground Floor" your studio of stay will be any of the ground-floor studios of the building. Booking (or selecting to stay after booking) a specific ground-floor studio's number of your choice or a corner studio is not permitted. Please note that the "Studio with a Garden View - Ground Floor" has an outdoor patio that is not private, as it is located in the communal garden/patio area (check photo gallery).
By booking a "Studio with Balcony" your studio of stay will be any of the first and second floor studios of the building. Booking (or selecting to stay after booking) a specific studio's number of your choice, a specific upper floor of your choice (for example, the second floor exclusively), or a corner studio is strictly not permitted.
In addition, please be informed that the building's outdoor communal area features a short, slightly steep downhill natural stone staircase that leads to the main beach road of Lourdas.
