The studio is about 33 sq.m, located on the ground floor, with a private yard of approximately 40 sq.m. It sits right in front of Rafina’s beautiful sandy beach. The apartment offers all the essential amenities. It features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a closet, plus a sofa that can be used as a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom includes a shower with hot water and a washing machine. In the private yard, you can relax and enjoy your coffee or lunch, sheltered from the sun and rain. The apartment is also surrounded by a garden. Nearby, you’ll find a bakery, mini market, supermarket, cafés, restaurants and children's playground — all within walking distance. The place is pet-friendly, and your pet can stay in the yard. Please kindly keep noise to a minimum as the building houses multiple apartments

Just 300 meters from the studio is Karamanli Square — a perfect spot for running, walking, or enjoying coffee near a children’s playground. Within 12 km are the Attica Zoological Park, McArthurGlen Athens (the largest retail park in Greece), and the Attiki Odos highway.
