Located ~100m from the market and the center of the village and ~1km from the archaeological site of ancient Stagira, birthplace of the philosopher Aristotle, this rental apartment is a haven of comfort and tranquility, boasting stunning sea views and all the amenities you need for a delightful stay. The cozy living area (82sqm) is flooded with natural light and tastefully furnished for relaxation. Adjacent to it, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space ensures cooking is a breeze, all while enjoying the sea views. The bedroom offers a serene escape with its comfortable queen-sized bed and soft linens, promising restful nights. From summer 2025 a second bedroom will be provided. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the sea - perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. Lastly, the bathroom, though compact, is stylishly appointed with modern fixtures and a refreshing shower.
