Το Sunset Balcony βρίσκεται στην Άνω Πόλη Κυπαρισσίας. Είναι τριώροφο κατάλυμα και η επικοινωνία από όροφο σε όροφο γίνεται με εσωτερική σκάλα. Η θέση στην οποία βρίσκεται προσφέρει πλούσια θέα στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος και την απόλαυση του μοναδικού ηλιοβασιλέματος στον Κυπαρισσιακό κόλπο. Οι επισκέπτες θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να περιηγηθούν στα ιστορικά καλντερίμια και να επισκεφτούν το κάστρο που βρίσκεται δίπλα. Επίσης οι εξαιρετικές παραδοσιακές και όχι μόνο γεύσεις του τόπου τους περιμένουν στα εστιατόρια και τις ταβέρνες σε απόσταση αναπνοής απο τον χώρο διαμονής τους.
Στη φιλοξενία των επισκεπτών με ενδιαφέρει η παροχή ενός καθαρού και περιποιημένου καταλύματος και η δημιουργία ευχάριστου κλίματος έτσι ώστε η διαμονή τους στο Sunset Balcony να είναι μία μοναδική εμπειρία.
