Spacious 3-bedroom Apartment with Sea & Mountain view balconies (crosssing the road and you are at the sea), free parking in a beautiful area, close to the nature of Hot Springs (Therma beach) and just 4 km from the wild beauty of Agios Fokas beach. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in its three bedrooms. There is a small staircase leading to the apartment (first floor). There are no other apartments above.
We welcome you to our Family house in Psalidi area which allows visitors to experience daily Kos life. The house is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen a fridge, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a seating area, and a 2 private bathrooms (one bathroom is with shower).
Guests at the accommodation can enjoy cycling nearby the cycle path, swimming at the beach (crosssing the road and you are at the sea), playing basketball at the basketball court.
Nearby traditional tavernas provide lively nightlife. Just steps away, there is a bus stop providing quick access to central Kos.
Kos Town is 3,5 km from Family house and the port is 3,7 km from our property.

Beautiful, relaxing neighborhood with views of the Kos mountain Dikaios & the Aegean sea. There is a minimarket, 1 minute walk from the house, while you can try Greek cuisine at the nearby Traditional restaurants.
You will Love our Location for:
- Very closed to the port (3,2km), so for those who traveling through Kos by ferry is the best.
- Closed to the marina (2,7km).
- Access to Kos Town is very easy via local bus (bus stop at end of road) or bicycle (hire just from bike stores around).
- Greek Tavernas/ Restaurant's with fresh fish & traditional food.
- Mini markets within a short walk from the property.
