Hi, i am Sotiris ,one of the four members comprising my family. We own the property and 3 years ago we decided that the house is too big for us and started renting it on online platforms. The house is located next to Agia Lake which is a protected area because the lake is one of the last stops for birds migrating to Africa or the other way around. The village next to the lake is called Agia and its full of friendly people. You will find plenty of coffee shops and mini markets in the village. 8 km away from Chania and 5 km away from the sea. The house is not on a main road which means more privacy and less noise pollution.
