12 KM FROM THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL TEMPLE OF POSEIDON 3 fantastic beaches at a distance of 100-300m. 2 sup beach boards are available for free. There is big parking space for a car and surfboards. Pets are allowed. There are shops and restaurants close by the house and next to the sea. The area is suitable for hiking and kite and wind surf during the winter. The house is 70sqm on the up 1st floor, open kitchen with open living room, solar water heater, 2 bedrooms with balcony, one with mountain view and the other to the East. The living room’s balcony overlooks the sea and overlooks the islands. The sea is just in front of you and when it rains you can see the most beautiful rainbow in front of you Under the house there is a bus stop (123) and it’s 25minutes from the airport. The sea is 80meters from the house.
