Theoxenia enjoys a central location at Fira, in the famous cliffs. Overlooking the volcano or the town, Theoxenia offers free WiFi access throughout the property. Fitted with double glazed windows, all air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a minibar and a satellite TV. Heating is included. Guests may enjoy the free jacuzzi located on the rooftop of Theoxenia Hotel, whilst watching the sea view. Theoxenia's guests are welcome to use the swimming pool, spa, gym facilities and dine at Ifestioni restaurant of Aressana Suites, Theoxenia’s sister hotel, located only a few metres away. The premises are less than a minute walk from restaurants, museums and the Via d' Oro with its numerous jewellery and crystal shops. Free public parking is available nearby.

Guests are welcome to use the facilities of the sister hotel, Aressana Suites, only from April to October.
Theoxenia's guests are welcome to use the swimming pool (paid fee as of 2023), spa (at a discount), gym facilities (free with reservation) and dine at Ifestioni restaurant of Aressana Suites, Theoxenia’s sister hotel, located only a few metres away. These Hotels are build and runned by the same owners. Guests can also upgrade their breakfast at Aressana to a buffet, with a small fee, on per person basis.
From summer season 2023 onwards Theoxenia Hotel guests will have only a paid access to Aressana's swimming pool
