Our company, “Kykladitikos Maistros Single-member PC”, is made up of people with many years of experience in residential construction and providing high-end tourist services on the island of Kea. We built these three very special villas with great attention to detail and respect for local architectural features, incorporating stone construction, fireplaces, paving stones and reed canopies. What motivated us most of all to create them was our love for the island, with its steadily growing visitor numbers and a demand for upgraded tourist services of international standards.

Our villas are located along one of the loveliest beaches on the island and are designed to meet the needs of the modern tourist for a luxurious country house with a pool and all modern conveniences that can also serve as a quiet escape. Three spacious and sun-filled villas with 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, and a kitchen with an island for serving breakfast. The main space of each one is fitted with a heat pump heating/cooling system to maintain ideally healthy temperatures both in summer and winter. Each villa features a guest room equipped with a bath, direct outdoor access, a pool, and its private veranda. The guest room in Helios villa is situated on the main level alongside the main villa. In contrast, the guest rooms of Thalassa and Ammos Villas are located on a lower level. The outdoor spaces are very comfortable with attractive garden furniture and a dining set, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a private pool for each villa.
