Built with lots of attention it takes advantage of its location, offering stunning views of Mount Ainos and across the surrounding countryside and the sea, with the bay of Argostoli in sight. It is located on the hillside above Argostoli in Lakithra. The residence is 10 min. drive from the airport while within a few minutes walk you can find a mini market, a bakery, and few tavernas. The villa measures 81m2 and occupies 2 floors. It sleeps up to four people in one king size and two single beds. It is well-furnished, providing a fully equipped kitchen with a free-standing fridge freezer, and a sink unit complete with utensils. Housekeeping is included in the price (once in a week's stay). Linen, bath, and pool towels are also provided and also changed once in a week's stay. The premise features a common swimming pool with a children pool with large shaded terrace and sun beds around. It also has a private jacuzzi.

The neighbourhood is super friendly and all essentials are walkable - bakery/cafe/market/grill house and a weekday bus takes you into the center.
