Just a short 12-minute drive from Argostoli, the capital, and conveniently located approximately 2 km from the Airport. Many magnificent beaches just moments away are located from our place, like Avithos, Ai Helis, Ammes and Makris Gialos. Vivian's Residence One is the first floor apartment at Vivian's Villa - Endless View complex. Spanning 132 sqm, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living-dining area with an additional bed for the sixth person.The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, and the inviting balcony offers stunning views of the island’s southern coast. Vivian's Studio is the 32sqm second property’s apartment and is situated beneath Vivian's Residence One. This cozy apartment is perfect for couples or small families with a baby. Thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped, the studio ensures that all your needs are met during your stay. Step outside to discover a spacious exterior area where you can unwind, savor delectable meals, and bask in the captivating sea view. Vivian's Residence 2nd Floor is located on the top floor of the building. It is 105 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 guests. From the apartment, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and nature. The home is fully equipped and includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room and dining area are spacious and bright, providing a comfortable space to enjoy your time at home. Vivian's Villa also boasts a communal exterior space, accessible to all guests, complete with a beautiful garden, barbecue facilities, and a private parking area.
