Property information

The villa is located in the area of Melissaki % is in a small complex of 4 villas, each one completely private. The villa has been built & decorated to the highest standards and offers a panoramic sea & sunset view from 2 large terraces and steps leading to the sea. Description: The pool terrace has two large shaded areas, 1 with a sofas and 1 with a dining table for 10 - 12 people. Near the pool there are several sunbeds with umbrellas, a day bed and a barbecue. The pool is with sea water. The lower terrace has a dining table for 6 people, 4 large sunbathing pillows, 2 sunbeds and a small fridge. 1st floor: A large master bedroom with a open-plan bathroom. plus a 2nd bathroom, built into the rock face with a rain shower. Ground floor: which is on the level of the swimming pool has a beautifully designed living room with a fire place and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest w.c. The lower level has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that all have direct access to the lower terrace, the 3rd bedroom has a separate seating area. Connected to the villa but completely independent are 2 guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Melissaki, is a residential area, the shops restaurants, cafes bars etc., are about 10 minutes by car from the villa.
