Our property consists of zacharoularooms, zacharoularooms2 and zacharoularooms 3, due to the change in legislation. It is the grandfather's stone house which was recently renovated and extended. It is two-storey and consists of five sunny and airy rooms with beautiful sea and mountain views, each of which can accommodate 2-4 people. Each of our rooms is uniquely made and more beautiful than the other with respect to the Aegean culture, tradition and colors of our island. The floors of the rooms are wooden or marble, the ceiling of each room is wooden as well as the doors and windows. It has traditional furniture and maintains a calm and beautiful feel. Each room has a separate and private entrance with a balcony or courtyard so that everyone can enjoy their space. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished with modern amenities. Eleni graduated from university of Athens, History and Archaeology department. She speaks English, She is kind and helpful, likes spending time in Ikaria swimming in the sea and dancing at the Ikarian feasts. Stella is Eleni’s mother, was born in Lesvos, and fell in love with the village and Ikaria since she met her husband Stephen and goes to the island since 1985. She speaks little English, cooks great, She is friendly and likes to care people. She loves decorating, dancing, cooking, walking and the natural and healthy life. We have also a son, Lefteris, who deals with acupuncture and like alternative medicine and natural life. Stephen was born and raised in Manganitis Ikaria, finished the Economic University of Thessaloniki, is fond of History. He also loves nature and likes to cultivate it.

In Manganitis 1.5 km. from our property is one of the most beautiful beaches, the famous exotic beach 'Seychelles' and Our beaches are unique and protected from the wind. The village is a lush coastal valley surrounded by high mountains and sea, with main vegetation olives, fig trees, pines, oaks, arbutus and huge menhirs, giving it its uniqueness. Coming from the port of Evdilos to Manganitis, passing wildlife southern Ikaria a tunnel leading you to the valley of Manganitis. In our village you can find anything you want. There is a playground in the village center, and many traditional coffee shops and restaurants. So you can enjoy local food, wine, fresh vegetables and fruits in the shops of the village. There is also Grocery store-Greengrocer for your needs. During the night you can enjoy a drink in the bar-restaurant of the village or in the tavern by the sea or in the traditional cafes, taverns located in the beautiful nature.
