Our house offers 6 cozy rooms and 1 apartment, with shared spaces in a friendly, welcoming environment. You will receive two keys: one for the main door and one for your private room.
Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen (fridge and stove). Please clean up after yourself and label your items. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Friends are welcome to visit, but parties are not allowed.
Jon is a digital nomad who often travels but works from home when in town. Jimmy helps with house upkeep, check-ins, and guest support—he’s always happy to answer questions about the house, Panajachel, or Guatemala in general.
Our furry companions are also part of the family:
Hest (dog): Noble and protective—he may bark at first, but he’s very friendly.
Charlie (cat): Affectionate and always seeking attention.
They are both well cared for, so we kindly ask guests not to feed them.
Together, we aim to create a respectful, relaxed, and welcoming environment where everyone feels at home.
Our home is within walking distance of Santander Street, Panajachel’s main avenue, where you’ll find shops, cafés, restaurants, and plenty of local life. The area is generally safe, though we recommend using common sense when out and about.
Getting around is easy—tuk tuks are available everywhere for quick rides around town.
For groceries:
La Despensa: Nearby and budget-friendly.
La Torre: A bit farther, but with a wider selection of international products.
Local Market: Just a short walk away, perfect for fresh fruits, vegetables, and local flavors.
The lake is also close by—at the end of Santander you’ll find the main access point, and just one block further is the dock, where you can catch boats to explore any of the beautiful towns around Lake Atitlán.
