Name changes are strictly prohibited for non-refundable bookings and within the hotel's cancellation policy.

Hotel will charge the total room price plus 10% service charge as cancellation penalty for all non-refundable reservations.

For booking paid in advance by credit card, the same credit card is required to present upon check-in for verification. Otherwise, you will need to settle the payment by cash or by alternative credit card with guest's name matched.

For non-refundable bookings, making changes to personal information is not allowed.

From 9 December 2021, Guests must scan the Leave Home Safe venue QR code using the mobile app before entering the hotel, restaurants, meeting venue and hotel facilities.

People aged 65 or above and aged 15 or below, people with disability and those recognized by the Government or organizations authorized by the Government, they need to fill in a specified form as an alternative to the use of the app.

People aged 15 or below would not have to register his or her personal information using the specified form if he or she is accompanied by an adult who has complied with the LeaveHomeSafe requirement.
