Apartman se nalazi na gornjem katu obiteljske kuće u mirnoj i slijepoj ulici 200 metara od mora i velike pješčane plaže. Apartman ima 3 spavaće sobe (4+2), 2 kupaone, kuhinju, dnevni boravak/blagavaonu i veliku natkrivenu terasu sa prekrasnim pogledom na more. Apartman je kompletno namješten. Parking je osiguran. Lopar na Rabu je pogodan za obitelji sa malom djecom zbog klime i velikih pješčanih plaža. Priroda je prekrasna i u velikom dijelu netaknuta.
