Property information

On a hill above a beautiful pebble beach, 10 meters from the sea, near the famous tourist resort of Novi Vinodolski, there is this brand new luxurious and modern apartment with a swimming pool. The total size of the apartment is 120 m2. It has 3 bedrooms, kitchen with all appliances, spacious dining room, living room, one bathroom and one toilet. From all the rooms of this apartment there is an incredible view of the sea, and by going out to the main terrace with seating, you can also enjoy the forest of waves. In the garden, which is full of palm trees and other Mediterranean plants, there is a spacious swimming pool (which is also used by the tenants of two other apartments in the villa). After enjoying and swimming in the pool, only a few steps separate you from the beach and the crystal clear sea. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and has free WLAN.

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle and at the same time close to the center (800 meters), the restaurants (100 meters) and shops (500 meters), and the other beaches (100 meters). Novi Vinodolski is the famous tourist center on the Vinodol Riviera, full of attractions, beautiful beaches, promenades, parks, good entertainment, restaurants with good food and fresh fish and all you need for an unforgettable holiday. Close to Novi Vinodolski are Rijeka and Opatija, the cities with lots of entertainment.
