Property information

Apartments named Tesla and Faust, as of summer season 2024 offers big outdoor swimming pool which if you stay longer then one night is free otherwise it pays 10 euros per person. Apartment Tesla is named after a famous Croatian inventor Nikola Tesla, which birth house you can visit in the small village of Smiljan in Lika. This apartment is spacious and modern an ideal place for a family or friends of 4 to 6 people to rest and relax. Both apartments have equipped kitchen with a microwave oven( inTesla) , induction stove, electric kettle, and all dishes and pans and pots you may need for preparing your meals. The apartment has 2 big rooms, both are equipped with double beds and closets. Apartment Faust is named after famous Croatian inventor Faust Vrančić. It is a duplex apartment with 4 stars/suns and it has 2 bathrooms, one is an en-suite bathroom. It is ideal for couples to relax and enjoy the nature of Lika at the highest point of the building. Both apartments have walk-in showers. Apartments do not have a direct exit to a terrace, but the guests can use the common sun terrace in front of the apartments as well as a grill area with open fire and big covered gazebo. Our apartments are in a building on 3 levels, very close to Plitvice Lakes (30 km), city of Senj (50 km) Zadar ( an hour drive). We have a children's playground outside. We welcome our guests with pets dogs however inform us on their number and size since there is additional cost per night if you want you pet dogs to stay at Fenestra.
