VILLA STJEPAN IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ISLAND OF HVAR, EXACTLY IN ZAVALA. THE ENTIRE FACILITY IS INTENDED FOR GUESTS. IT CONSISTS OF GROUND AND FIRST FLOOR. ON THE GROUND FLOOR THERE IS A MINI KITCHEN ROOM, BATHROOM AND LIVING ROOM. AIR CONDITIONED ACCOMMODATION WITH LARGE TERRACE THAT PROVIDES BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE SEA AND NEARBY ISLANDS. ON THE FLOOR THERE IS ALSO A ROOM, BATHROOM LIVING ROOM, LARGE DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, DISHWASHER, TWO TERRACES. TERRACE WHICH ALSO PROVIDES A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE SEA AND NEARBY ISLANDS.
