This stone house is an example of an traditional damatian architechture, a bit of history with a modern touch.
Its placed in a small place Rovanjska, close to the highway exit (25 km from Zadar). Its surrounded with beautiful nature and a view to the Velebit mountain and the sea.
There are two bedrooms and a toilet on the ground floor and a kitchen, living room and spacios terrace with a wonderfull view on the first floor.
Its located 700 m from the sea. There is a shop, restaurants and caffe bars nearby.
This area is known after National park Paklenica.
Ideal for mountain hiking and enjoying astonishing nature.
And you can always go to one of our wonderfull beaches and enjoy the sea and the most beautiful sunsets.
