The Attic is perfect for a Zagreb Weekend Getaway and it consists of two units: Studio and Suite. A quiet neighbourhood with free public Parking and only 12 minutes away from the Centre and the Airport, gives you the advantage of having the perfect location. Units are situated on the same floor and we also offer a possibility of booking a private Parking spot with an extra cost. Unit 1: This modern designed 42 m2 Attic Studio is ideal for the couples and business travellers. The Attic Studio has been planned to offer everything that you desire during the staying at one place. It is equipped with a modern kitchen, that will please even the most passionate chefs. Small and charming dinning area will make you enjoy the food that you previously prepared. The bathroom can be used as your spa oasis and it is ideal for having a perfect end of the day in a hot tub. Bedroom is very spacious and comfortable, and it has been divided into the three parts. First one is a Working Corner, where you can log in with your laptop, it is ideal for Business travellers. Second one is a Chill-out Area, where you can sit a bit, relax after city sightseeing, listen music or read a book and third one is a Sleeping Area. Unit 2: The Attic Suite is a bit smaller unit but offers a bright and comfy bedroom, thoughtfully divided into a Working Corner and a Sleeping Area. The Working Corner includes a laptop station and TV, perfect for business travellers. The Sleeping Area features a plush bed, air conditioning, a cosy coffee nook, and clothing rack. The private bathroom is just steps away, next to the kitchen down a hallway, and boasts a luxurious walk-in shower for relaxation. The compact kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, stove, sink, and a small bench for meal preparation and enjoyment. The Attic Suite combines comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for business travellers or couples that came to explore the city.

The Attic has been situated in the Eastern part of the Zagreb in the quiet neighbourhood. The area is full of parks where you can enjoy with your kids or pets. It is 2 min away from the huge City Center One East Shopping mall equipped with free Wi-Fi and parking, where you can find Brand stores, Restaurants and Bars, Bakery, Supermarket, Cinema, Bank and Exchange Office, Casino, Pharmacy, ATM machines and many other things. Time that it takes for you to arrive with a car to some of the city hot spots: Zagreb Bus Station (12 min), Zagreb Airport (12 min), Zagreb Main Square (15 min), Shopping Centre (2 min), Maksimir Park (15 min), IKEA Store (12 min). If you do not have a car, you do not need to worry, because there are plenty of Bus and Tram lines around. They will take you to any desired location in the city. In the case that you are not a fan of the Public Transportation there are many cheap Taxi applications that you can use.
