The soul of NINON design boutique Hotel is the lovely couple Aleksandar and Katarina who are running the hotel. The most essential part of their role is to ensure that your needs and expectations are being met and exceeded. For them it is not a business, it’s a project coming from their heart that slips into your soul. Nice people, taking care of nice people. “For us, NINON is not a business – it’s a calling! Going the extra mile is mandatory for us, because we care.” An adults only boutique hotel with only 9 rooms – this intimate setting enables us to recognize every guest as an individual and not as a number.

Property information

NINON is located 15 km away from Dubrovnika, in a small village Brsecine. There is a local bus (public transportation) that takes you to the Old Town of Dubrovnik and back every hour. The property is special, because of its amazing view over the Elaphiti Islands and the peace and quiet in the area. Guest can enjoy breakfast, dinner and snacks at the Taverna, as well as cold drinks and refreshments at our infinity pool. We want our guest to relax and unwind, enjoy the simplicity of luxury, the beauty of nature and the wonderful surrounding. That’s why we have a strict Adults Only and no pets policy. The property is not disabilty-friendly because of the many stairs. Day trips and boat trips to the islands can be organized at the hotel, just ask our staff they will provide all the information you need! Guests can book massages or beauty treatments, please inform our staff in advance! Dubrovnik Old Town is 15km away from NINON, Dubrovnik Airport is 40 km from the property (45 min). Airport Transfer can be organized. The location is ideal for couples, and everybody who just wants to relax and have a wonderful holiday! The staff speaks English, German, French and Croatian.

Brsečine is a quiet village perched in the limestone hills that line the Dalmatian coast. The hills are scattered with old stone houses and olive groves, offering a certain calmness that can only be found in Dalmatia. The owners had only one, essential condition of sharing their charming Brsečine with the world; wanted the village to maintain its serenity, not only for the guests to experience, but also for the village to preserve its heavenly charm.
