The company Plavo Sidro has been managing high-quality and luxurious accommodation since 2019. Fast access to the wonderful National park Brijuni (18 km) and Kamenjak (protected national land) appropriate for biking, walking and of course, swimming.

Property information

The facility is located near the sea (50m). Easy access to the beach and city center. We are proud to offer acommodation Apartments Jasmin, which was built in 2020 and awarded the BIG SEE Architecture Award in 2021 for the project of a sustainable residential building. This modern energy-efficient facility ensures maximum comfort to guests year round. When it's cold outside, the premium Dimplex heat pump flawlessly warms the interior with a combination of floor and convector heating. During the summer heat, guests can enjoy the pleasant cold inside thanks to air conditioning system. For extra comfort, there is an additional layer in the wall construction which promotes air circulation. Moreover, the recuperation system ensures fresh air in the building even when the windows are closed. Premium quality shading system (biopergolas with automatic screens) are on the terraces. With the remote control, you can easily adjust the degree of shading to your needs.
