Newly renovated studio in a quiet seaside town. Right next to the castle and a church, on the ground floor of a 130-year-old building. 80 cm thick walls protect you from heat and cold, and new doors and windows from church bells. ☀The waterfront and the center are 5 minutes by foot away.☀ The apartment is charming and lovingly decorated. It is entered directly from the street (pedestrian zone) of the old town of Bakar. There is no balcony, but nothing prevents you from drinking coffee on the doorstep. :)☀ Public parking lot is nearby. and Wifi is free.☀☀ The apartment is a studio consisting of a main room and a bathroom. In the main room there are: entrance hall/staircase, bed 160*200 cm, kitchen with dining table and chairs, sofa with TV. The bathroom contains a toilet, a sink with a mirror and a bathtub with a glass screen. There is also a washer/dryer.☀ The kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, refrigerator, dishes, crockery and coffee machine.☀ The apartment is equipped for short-term or long-term stays throughout the year. Our linens and towels are all white, washed at 90°C and steam pressed.☀ ☀PETS are welcome, but please consider that the apartment is small. Please no pets on furniture and in the bed!☀ The apartment is near a church. The church rings the bells several times a day. The apartment is equipped with a new plastic window and a door, and if you close it, the noise is not louder than a normal conversation. If you are an extremely light sleeper, it might disturb your sleep.☀ This is a legally categorized tourist apartment, and as such, according to CROATIAN LAWS, we are obliged to register our guests in the official registry. For that purpose upon arrival, we will ask you to provide us with PERSONAL INFORMATION such as date and place of birth, etc.☀

The town of Bakar has 7,000 inhabitants and is located in the bay of the same name. The city is rich in history, the Sha La La studio is located inside the medieval walls of the city, on a hill, right next to the church of St. Andrew and the medieval Frankopan castle. The neighborhood is a pedestrian zone, quiet, the street is very narrow, with some random passers-by. The whole city, including the building where the studio is located, are authentic coastal architecture.☀ The town center is located by the sea, it contains several restaurants, cafes and shops. The atmosphere is perfect for those who want to escape from the busy life.☀ Moving around the city: The apartment can be reached by car a few meters away. You can reach the shopping center or restaurant in 5 minutes on foot (DOWNHILL!) or by car. DISTANCES: Parking: free public - the nearest is 5 meters from the apartment, but you will probably have to walk 50-100 meters; Sea -promenade - 5 min walk; Bakar town center (shop, restaurant, bakery, cafes) - 5 min walk; Sea - beach - 5 km; Business zone Kukuljanovo - 9km; Rijeka center - 12 km; Kostrena (beaches and promenade) - 7km; Entrance to highway 2km.
