Novo uređeni studio apartman sadrži opremljenu kuhinju s blagovaonom, prostor za spavanje, kupaonicu s tušem i WC, TV ravnog ekrana. Opremljen po mjeri gosta koji se želi osjećati odlično. Nalazi se u novo uređenoj zgradi, zvučna i termo izolacija, na II katu bez lifta. Nalazi se blizu centra grada, mirni kvart s lijepim pogledom. U blizini trgovine s mješovitom robom, pekara, kafića i restorana s ponudom lokalne hrane. Gradske znamenitosti i autobusni kolodvor dostupne u nekoliko minuta hoda. Susretljivi domaćini. Spremni odgovoriti na sve upite. Studio apartman Peti osigurat će Vam ugodan smještaj sa svim potrepštinama koje su potrebne za odmor nakon otkrivanja našeg čarobnog Varaždina! Varaždin se otkriva korak po korak, a vikend bi mogao biti savršena mjera za one koji žele uživati u jednom od najljepših hrvatskih gradova. U našem smještaju rado ćemo podijeliti svoj Varaždin s vama. Varaždinska feudalna utvrda, od davnina nazivana Stari grad, najznačajnija je povijesna građevina Varaždina. 40 km od Varaždina nalazi se biser Hrvatskog zagorja - dvorac Trakošćan, jedno od najposjećenijih izletničkih mjesta kontinentalne Hrvatske. Varaždinske Toplice (udaljene svega 15 km), najstarije su termalne toplice u Hrvatskoj koje u svom središtu čuvaju i iskopine rimskog termalnog kupališta koje je puna četiri stoljeća služilo svojoj svrsi. Ludbreg (28 km od Varaždina) hrvatsko svetište, na čast Presvete Krvi Isusove, vezano uz čudesan događaj kada je svećenik služeći misu posumnjao u riječi pretvorbe kruha i vina u pravo tijelo i krv Isusovu.
