Our apartment is located in the west part of Zagreb in a quiet neighborhood called Srednjaci. It is a studio apartment with private bathroom and a hallway. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and a living room with a king size bed for 2 people. Tram station is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There are just 10 tram stops to the main city square Ban Jelacic Square. You can park your car in a free public parking zone around the building. Private parking is also available upon guest request and with additional total costs of 10 EUR per your entire stay in our Studio Start. Private parking is located in our private yard 300 m away from Studio and you pay it directly on the location. We have super speed free WiFi and IKEA laptop support, for work in bed. Smoking is not allowed inside Studio, but you can still smoke by the open window (please, only by the window). You can leave your luggage in our Guest Luggage Storage for free!
We are family living in the same neighborhood so we can help you out with anything you need as quickly as possible.
Our neighborhood is a family oriented neighborhood Srednjaci and has everything you might need during your stay. In the radius of 100 metres you can find supermarkets, bakery, grocery and fruit shops, coffee bars, ATMs, milk ATM (!), cloth cleaning service, post office, hair and beauty salons, flower shop, butchery, pharmacy, casino, sweet cake shop, exchange office, laundry wash & ironing etc. Jarun lake (10-minute walk via green path) is a sports and leisure centre where you can row, paddle, sail, surf, swim, jog, bike, roller skate on a beautiful track around lake and skateboard in adrenalin park. Around the lake there are many nightclubs, restaurants and cafes. Every June Jarun lake is home of the world famous INmusic festival. Sports park Mladost (10-minutes walk) has swimming pool, athletics stadion, tennis, footbal, voleyball and field hockey courts, table tennis, judo and Jiu-Jitsu facilities. Every year there are numerous competitions of European, world, state and city rankings. Around this area there are also several very good pizza & restaurants that we can recommend to our guests.
