This specious Apartment consist of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(one of the bedrooms have its own bathroom and Ir sauna),fully equipped kitchen with dining area connected with elegant living room. From one of the bedrooms and living room as well there is an exit to the balcony with view on pool where you can relax and drink a glass of wine with your loving person. At pool level you can find huge terrace with private swimming pool and private outdoor kitchen with BBQ which is fully equipped and painted with a big picture of Dubrovnik for a nicer atmosphere when you cook and taste your meals. On the covered terrace there is a billiards table intended for the younger population. Although we live in house but it is very important to mention that each part of outdoor pool area is completely private and intimate only for guests of Apartment Paula as entrance in apartment as well . Guests are granted full privacy . Surrounding area is completely for guests use. (there are no other apartments rented in the house).
Apartment is completely equipped with all appliances and offers comfort situated in a great location only 10 min away from Dubrovnik. I will help you with all informations and tell you what interesting you have to see here. I will give you all the instructions about boat trips,good restaurans,sports activities. I'll be at your service during your stay for all needs. We have in offer a boat for extra fee Ideal for those who want to get to know the beautiful Croatian coast and islands. The boat will drive you to 3 beautifull Islands, all around Dubrovnik, a blue cave, a sandy beach, a nice restaurant where you can have lunch..We really recommend a boat ride so you can enjoy and really feel the beauty of our coast much as possible.
Apartment offers comfort and is situated in a great location. Dubrovnik old town -6 km Airport-8 km, Place Mlini and its pebble beaches, long walks by the sea, restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacy etc. -1,5km, Supermarket-500m, Bus stop to Kupari/Mlini and Dubrovnik- 30 meters Parking is in front of the villa and it is free.Taxi service is available. We offering van and private car transfers to Dubrovnik and other locations on your request for some fee. Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.
