Perfect-equipped villa Ana with a surface area of ​​290 m2 is located in Gornji Poličnik, a small and quiet place in Dalmatia. The villa offers its guests an ideal stay near some of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia, such as the city of Zadar or the national parks of Krka. It covers a large plot of land and is surrounded by greenery that offers guests complete privacy, providing them with a unique experience of enjoying a relaxing and active vacation. Just 100 meters from the villa, there is everything guests could need - shops, bakeries, and restaurants, while the nearest beach is 7 km away. The villa with its five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a toilet can host up to ten people. It consists of a spacious dining room, a living room with three sofas, and a kitchen where guests can use cooking and eating utensils, an oven and a coffee machine, fully equipped bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Thanks to the fenced greenery and complete peace, guests can relax on a wonderful covered terrace with an outdoor, private pool and in the evening socialize in the fresh air with a meal of Dalmatian delicacies. Next to the pool, there are deckchairs and large umbrellas that provide guests with pleasant shade. Parents can rest on them and at the same time have a view of the large garden where their children play on the slide or swings. In addition, guests have satellite TV, free wi-fi, air conditioning, and parking for pets at their disposal in the villa.
